Arlene is an experienced health care professional with over 35 years in various health care settings. At Seniors Come Share, an integral part of her role is to provide leadership to the three day-programs as they work simultaneously in delivering a holistic and client-centred approach. Arlene’s background is in Therapeutic Recreation, completing her education in Montreal, Quebec where she was born and raised. One of Arlene’s passions throughout her career is ensuring continuous quality services are created and provided for every person utilizing health care services. Arlene has been involved with the BC Therapeutic Recreation Association, is the Chair for the Douglas College Therapeutic Recreation advisory committee and has served on several healthcare professional committees as a partner with Fraser Health. In her spare time, you can find Arlene cooking up a storm with her husband and their two kids or relaxing with a good book.
