The Seniors Walking Club helps you get active with the support of a volunteer all while enjoying great conversations with your peers. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy light fitness and fresh air and if you’re not an avid walker, you can still be a part of the program by enjoy the great weather on a park bench with the company of a volunteer.
